Aylett & Co. has always been more than a business to me—it’s part of my story. As an independent, owner-managed investment management firm founded by my parents in 2005, it has been a constant presence throughout my life. I’ve had a front-row seat to its journey, growing up alongside the company and developing a deep connection to its values, people, and purpose. I’m incredibly proud to be part of something they built from the ground up more than 20 years ago and to have watched their vision grow into the respected business it is today.

In 2019, I formally joined as an intern, rotating through the various divisions and gaining firsthand experience across the business. Later, through my work at blackswan & co DIGITAL, Aylett & Co. became a client, which naturally led to me becoming even more involved in the business and its future.

A particularly significant chapter of that journey has been from 2023 to the present, where I led a comprehensive refresh of the Aylett & Co. brand and focused on enhancing both the internal and external experience of the business. This included managing the office redevelopment project, expanding our brand and helping create a high-calibre boardroom and client environment that reflects the quality and ambition of the Aylett.

Over time, I’ve contributed across brand direction, strategic initiatives, recruitment, content creation, and Berkshire Hathaway trips, helping shape both the company’s identity and growth.

Today, I continue to serve as a consultant and trusted sounding board, remaining closely involved in the company’s evolution. Being an Aylett is something I’m immensely proud of, and I feel privileged to help contribute to a business that has always been so close to my heart.

Over the years, my brothers, Nikos and Dinos, have also become involved in their own ways. Like me, their connection to the business has developed organically, and together we're proud to contribute to something our parents built from the ground up.
